When we re-read the poem we noticed:

STRUCTURE

• the poem has a FRAME that makes it happen in slow motion. It is repeated but extended on. (In the time...In the time it takes...)
• 3 STANZAS of 4 lines between the repeated phrase
• The body of the poem shows us things happening in slow motion
